Yep, happened to me about 3 years ago. Stood up from the couch - lights went out.
Woke up with wife slapping me. I fell straight back hitting my head on the carpet. After some scans/etc. determine no permanent damage. Caused partly by prostate drugs - that's resolved now and blood pressure is steady.
