Two weeks ago I saw an older man plea to diddling his young nieces and nephews. Got 30 years or something.

While they were doing victim impact statements there were two very hard looking defendants in custody in jury box. No doubt they were making mental notes and cracking knuckles getting ready to beat this guy down when they got back to the county jail. They didn't look amused.

I was talking with one DA and he said their old judge used to wait until all other cases were complete and court nearly empty to sentence the chomos (that's short for child molesters) just to give them half a chance to not get beaten.

I feel like the judge was doing it wrong. He should have covered them first.
