Sounds like a good intermediate move. We did pull a long vacuum before prior fill. I ordered a box fan and will try to set it up for optimal charging (lid shut, fan pushing air into condenser, higher rpm’s etc. the new gauges and fan should be here tomorrow so I will report back.
