-Eat your broccoli (iron for RBC).
-Stay hydrated. Always. Piss with a clear stream several times a day at least. It means the bladder/kidneys/etc are flushing waste.
I take a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement occasionally.

Lack of hydration has never been an issue. I drink on average four 20 oz bottles of water every day on top of two cups of coffee in the morning. My pee is always clear and only occasionally slight straw color. Never bright yellow.
I go see my regular internist doctor for my annual physical on the 18th (Tuesday) and I will ask about some more supplements.
When I mow the yard or do physical work, or spend time in 107 California Palm Springs heat, I don't just sweat, I squirt. I was taking three showers per day after walking 12 minutes each way from my room to the main meeting rooms and restaurants areas.
I am about to go mow the yard, as I missed doing in Monday as I was captured in the hospital. It is getting deep.
