Wow. In Canada, this is totally a thing. Express Scripts mentioned above has an entire business around this.
Since when is a business allowed to do something a civilian can’t? What if the business is a sole proprietor?
And yes, in Canada, the 2 carriers that can be used to ship firearms are Canada Post and CanPar.
