I recently attended an Army reunion (I've been out for more than 30 years).
- Most of them were unrecognizable and walking sticks were common. A sea of white haired old me and almost everybody had gained a serious amount of weight.
Honestly looking back now I regret going to the reunion.
I don't mean to brag by posting this but this photo was taken about 4 weeks ago on a family trip to a winery. This is me and my eldest daughter (no filters, she's 33 and I'm 58). I ride a bike most days, surf most of the year and watch what I eat. Most importantly I always wear a hat when I'm outside and I don't care what people think. Genetically I'm lucky but the rest is hard work every day.
