Are you talking about shipping or receiving wine?
I get a case a month delivered.
Used to be you had to sign for it then they stopped asking for a signature which devolved to them just leaving it at the door and not even ringing the bell. One time I got an alert the delivery was made and there was nothing outside. Wife and I went looking for it and found it two houses down in front of the neighbors door who are also winos and we would probably have never seen it again.
Last two deliveries were a private courier who actually scans my drivers license. Made a comment about past deliveries just being left and he said "well, that's why we now have the contract"
