I assume you get a "breeze", but unlike a car, you don't get any shade. I'm too white to be tooling around in a convertible, but (unintentionally) I've had a convertible of one sort or another as a daily driver since 1999. I liked the miata that I had for a bit where I could leave the top up but put the windows down and zip the rear window down. That was nice. But in the Texas summer heat, I'm all AC all of the time. If I run without AC with windows and/or top down, it's usually early spring, late fall, or winter, and overcast or dusk/dawn/night.
