I've been doing a renovation on a five bedroom rental so Quite a lot of work. I had been painting the outside of the house and wrestling with a tarp/drop cloth in the wind and couldn't see a large pot plant/planter. Bang, right on the knee then I went over the top of it. Five day later I still have a very sore knee, both shoulders hurt. Haha, and broke the pot so had to buy a new matching pair - that also hurt.
