I have been working outside for the last 10 days cleaning up from concrete pour and building erosion control with stones . Every day has been 90-95 with feels like temps of 105-110 .

I go for an hour or two then come inside to cool off . Hydrate and then go back at it . Sweating like a pig but you gotta get stuff done . If you plan accordingly and be smart you can power through.
