Thank you for the responses. It took me a while to get the bumper off again but I did find what the part was. Hood Latch Lock Actuator - 99662411901 I did not realize the posting does not show my vehicle which is a 2011 987.2 Cayman Base. Found the part on eBay - replaced and working fine. Again thank you for the help.
