I'd say you're safe since it's garage kept. Outside, exposed to the sun all the time, I'd say 7-8 yrs.
Our CR-V has Michelin's on it that are probably close to 6(?) yrs old I'm guessing. I should check the record book to be sure. They were put on at 33-34K miles and it now has 50k. They don't show any cracking and are wearing nice and even according to the last time I had them rotated at the shop. I don't plan on replacing them any time soon.
