You don't need all that storage.

You will use it far less than you think you will.

It will constantly be filthy in there, dust / dirt, critters.

Sink, grill, fridge. Ice chest is a + but not critical. I've found a regular cooler keeps the ice longer.

Cabinet under grill and sink. The rest is just a pain.

I had a regular $200.00 mini fridge in my space for 12 years, worked fine. Replaced it because my wife wanted a new one with more modern controls and a glass front.
