Sink, grill, fridge. Ice chest is a + but not critical. I've found a regular cooler keeps the ice longer.

Cabinet under grill and sink. The rest is just a pain.

I had a regular $200.00 mini fridge in my space for 12 years, worked fine. Replaced it because my wife wanted a new one with more modern controls and a glass front.
I am going back and forth on the storage. I have a ton of ****e that I cook with and it would be nice to get it out of the main kitchen. I grill almost every dinner outside and hate going back and forth. The ice chest sounds nice, but yea I have a cooler that is probably better.
