How do you like the grill??? I have gone back and forth on so many different types. I wish there weren't so many options. I have been researching for the past 6 months. I think I am going to nix the side burner and not have a searing station. I have a dual induction cooktop that is portable that I could on outside already. Put a cast iron skillet and sear my steak after a sous vide bath and I am golden. I'd rather maximize counter space.
