So this will be considered an LSM motorcycle "Limited Speed Motorcycle."
Mode one would be Moped mode capping out at 20mph. This is if you don't want to register it. Mode two, and Mode 3 are capable of hitting 65mph which is the registered motorcycle mode. If the customer chooses to not register the motorcycle, modes two, and three would be considered "Off-road"
