Dimension wise it’s very similar to the 200 series but no 3rd row because that’s where the battery lives. Smaller than the 300 which is Lexus only now.
I have 20k miles on my ‘21 Heritage Edition and it does everything exactly like I want, it is not going anywhere and will hopefully be the last SUV I ever buy. I like that it has a V8 that was used in a zillion pickups and the Sequoia, means parts are readily available and will always be. I have also used the fold down 3rd row on a number of occasions and fit full sized people back there. It isn’t too big to fit into my garage and is easy to park and it has been off road some, but nothing hardcore. It’s too big for that, but for getting to camping spots, anywhere in the snow, etc. it is perfect.
Overall, I think it’s cool Toyota tried bring the price point down, will be interesting seeing how the 4cyl does in such a big vehicle.
The build quality on my 200 series is incredible, that’s one of the things that made them legendary and expensive, so I wonder if that will change too.
