I bought a "blem" combination square from Taytools. It works really well and is nice.
If you wanted to go vintage, you could try the CIHI facebook group.
Lots of great tool folks, and lots of great old tools at good prices, sometimes great prices.
This sort of thing comes up fairly often
Just yesterday I got a box. A guy was selling a group of tools for $50. No one bought it, so he added tools to it over 2 days. I finally bought it. Shipping was $15. One of the things in the box was a 12" try/tri square similar to the above.
