Weight loss and maintenance is super simple.
Because it is easy to objectively measure (digital scale), and the process is entirely predictable and consistent.
The first question you have to ask yourself:
Do you want to lose weight, or is over eating more important to you?
You have to choose one. Can have either one, but not both.
If you are overweight, you have been over eating. That’s a biological fact, simple as that.
But the good news is just as over eating guarantees you will gain weight, the opposite is also true.
So to lose weight, you simply have to under eat for a period of time.
The problem is, for a variety of reasons the majority of people now have a grossly distorted view of what is normal eating. Esp. for people our age (metabolism definitely slows later in life).
That requires a complete mind reset and different understanding of food and calories. It can be done, but it takes time.
