America's Test Kitchen old fashioned fried chicken last night. I have to admit it was better than I thought it would me. The simple batter worked vs. an overly complex one. Both have their place, nice change of pace. Strongly recommend everyone getting a proper fryolater. This was an exceedingly easy and super tasty dinner. Probably going to do two more thighs and roll them around in a gochujang sauce and have with ramen.
