Got it. My mouth is bigger then my stomach in the evening. I normally get on here after I am done with my paper work at night and that's when my mouth is bigger then my stomach. Gotta to be good and stick to my plan for now.
I did have Jamican food for lunch. You know that typical saucy foods I like but I was good, only had the piece of chicken and little rice and a corner of the roti.
Must get back to 150-155. This 170-175 BS aint cuttin' it.
