You should be able to ride your bike with a torn meniscus--not sure about the PCL. I tore my meniscus about a year ago...couldn't run, but riding a bike didn't hurt at all.

You are correct, it doesn't hurt during riding. My dumb ortho. doc wants me to not push too hard but get out just to keep everything moving to keep leg muscle going. Now, I go out for an very easy ride once a week. Driving me nuts.
