Just an update.
I ended up with the Nankand CRS in 245 40 17 F and 275/35/17 Rear. Fit is excellent; they look just "right" on the rims.
Drove on the street or a couple weeks. First impressions.. they feel quite vague compared to the Yoko AD09 I had been borrowing from a friend, while my wheels were off being refurbished. When cold, the rear will step out VERY easily even with my n/a motor.
When driving in the hills, temp is obviously up by then and grip feels fine. But again, not quite as planted as the AD09 felt the week before.
Had first track day with them. They felt fantastic compared to the old Toyos I ran last time! I never felt like grip was an issue and could even push the car to the point of gentle understeer through some of the turns. (I'm an amateur so that was a new experience for me). It was a mainly right turn track, so the left tyres were loaded up a bit.
