I don't know if Third Party passed along the info. about my engine lid to you. The tail was damaged in shipping as well. Cracked as shown below. Sorry to Colin for swiping and modifying his picture..............
Crack seems to be progressing too? It's not mounted. Just sitting on the floor upside down. Could this be a curing/shrinkage occurrence? There's no mat in this area and is certainly a contributing factor to the cause of the crack. The cause of the crack probably begins with the shipping issue.
I know how you feel Souk. I'll agree with everybody on the shipping issue. UPS and the seller of my 3-piece wheels just shrugged their shoulders when I cried wolf about my wheels being bent in shipping. I had be kind of an a-hole and had to eat a little cash on that deal to get it resolved. Jerks!
