I picked up the Outdoor Research Hemispheres Jacket and Bibs a couple of years ago during one of their sales for 50% off. Lots of pockets for all the gear (beacon, skins, etc), roomy enough for layering, huge pit and leg vents, and zero leaks so far.

Also, don't expect to use the same gear for cross county. I tried that once and was miserable.
