The Newton office was already head and shoulders above others, likely due to being out in the boondocks. It’s twice the drive for me as two others but it’s well worth it.

I've been using Newton DMV office for many years. Their inspection station is never crowded either.
I'm heading up there tomorrow. Now I need to get the dealers fee refunded.
