Well, I haven't poked my head in there, but my understanding from the way she explained it, it would be that metal piece in the middle of this picture. Apparently it snapped, half is still in the implant, the other half was in the replacement tooth. Her gum has healed over and they'll have to cut that to get to the top of it.
