My old 4 series got a puncture in one of the Conti runflats. Apparently they cannot be plugged, so I replaced one which drove the traction control nuts because of a 2 cm tread difference. I ended up replacing them with a set of 4 Goodyear runflats which can be repaired after a minor puncture.
