A few bucks for a lawyers letter is the way to go. Much harder to ignore, and they know you aren’t going to be brushed off easily.
Edit - why the hell did it treat that as a url and turn it into a hyperlink? It’s a generic statement for “time to get a lawyer”, not a link to a recommendation.
