I read it as WD did at first as well. Then figured out you WANT them to follow the literal rule on this.
I'd guess transportation is one factor they are worrying over. The other is likely class size. But i would think rules are rules and he should be attending the school you prefer. I suppose you would respond to that email with 'school code reads "......" and thus he should be attending Sharpsburg'

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
