I'm glad the removal worked without having to go to extremes. I'm surprised that there was a bone issue. Sure, I didn't really expect the work to be free, but it certainly seems like a broken stud (while eating chips) had to have been either a material defect or installation issue. Hopefully, the graft from the work is adequate and she gets a tooth installed next go-round.
