
Arthropleura is a genus of extinct huge millipede arthropods (over 2.5 m long) that lived in what are now Europe, central Asia and North America during the late Paleozoic (Carboniferous-Permian). This is a life size model in polyurethane resin made by me and my collaborators of the University of Cagliari in Italy.
I am glad they are extict. I am glad I don't have to try to squash some bug that big!
