Here is my DME relay that was giving my issues starting the car. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it would not.
Yellow arrows are the mounting posts that had bad solder joints , came lose and allowed the board to vibrate. I re-flowed those.
Red arrows are electrical contacts that had cracked, you can see the crack ring around the post. So I got intermittent contact.
Easy enough to re-flow the solder and fix that connection.
