I'm going to go 'against the grain' on this thread.
I'm 70 years old and feel great. I really do feel the same as I did at 30 or 40 years old.
Due to a bike/car accident five years ago...I spent a few years getting back in shape. I ride bike every day now and feel completely normal again after two surgeries. (rod in leg and back)
I wake early every morning...looking forward to each day.
