I have a 2008 997.1 turbo cabriolet, and I desperately need the answer to this same question! I've tried looking here, 6speed, pistonheads, etc. and now answers on whether the cabs have any kind of anchor in the back seat. Does anyone here know? If I can't put a seat back there, I'm going to have to sell the car...

Does anyone know if this works, if I need any other parts to install it? If I have to cut wholes in the carpet piece behind the rear seat backs / in front of the rollover bars?
I'm attaching three pics here: one of my rear seats folded down with the carpet covering the rollover bars removed - I don't see any anchor points back there.
For comparison, another forum member years ago in a non-usa car shows the picture of his rear carpet section with square cutouts, and behind the cutouts, what looks like a silver metal anchor point. Can I order that carpet panel with the square cutouts? Did some cars have the anchors and others didn't from the factory? Is the part I linked to above the correct one for adding rear anchors?
