Made enough fried rice to freeze. Saw a video recommending 2/3 white rice and 1/3 jasmine and it worked okay, despite me overcooking it into mush.
Had to put it in the oven for a bit to dry out.

Kikkoman is pretty good but it contains wheat.
Tamari is real fermented soy sauce. The good stuff.
