Steady rain, no wind whatsoever. It does look like L.A. is center left of the rain path on the lastest radar. Right now probably less than .25"/hr, if that. Most of AZ dry as a bone so far. NV and Las Vegas pretty wet. LV suffers floods due its low center position in that valley. BTDT.
