Old money was a pleasure, mostly.

Yup. Back in my uni days I worked summers for Buster Crabbe pools. The nouveau riche were absolute alpha hotels. Our best customers were blue collars fams that saved for years to get a pool installed. The biggest difference? The blue collars had coffee and buttered rolls for us every morning. The nouveau didn't and *****ed about everything. Where we parked our trucks, the noise of the mixer, our music, how long we took for lunch.
