Its all fine around here within 20 miles of LA and I talked to friends in Orange County as far as Laugana Beach. All are fine but having to deal with a little rain fall for a day and night. Power did go out on the lower section of our hill but it was restored by this morning. Nothing serious. Life is normal this morning. LA school district is completely closed for the day, so we drove across town for an early lunch. They wanted Dim Sum so it was all well out there. People going about their business. Our media always have "STORM WATCH OF 2011" even though it is only 1/4" of rain for the entire two days. They find a hill, show water rushing down the gutter. In terms of the earthquake. it was felt but no one bat an eye. I didn't fell a thing since I was at the market.

This was a typical November early season rain like I wrote earier. Every time it rains, we get a bit of flooding in the low lying areas such as fwy underpasses due to blocked drainage from trash our wonderful citizens of Los Angeles can't seem to find trash cans. With the homeless camping throwing their **** all over the place, its has gotten worst.
