Wow. What a great little model kit. I'll bet it would sell for a grand at a 356 Registry literature meet. I've wanted to find model kit like the one in the video to paint it black like my Speedster, so it would have a little mini-me. I didn't know they existed until this video.
I've had the Speedster race car he mentioned early in the video in my closet for decades. I've been waiting for the time to give it the attention it deserves. The race car version doesn't really look much like my car.

The box is a little worse for the wear from decades of being in storage.
This model came out back when I was dreaming of owning a Carrera.
I didn't build it because I didn't know what color my eventual Carrera would be. But I bought an airbrush so I'd be ready.
I've had my Carrera for 26 years and the model and the airbrush are still waiting.
