Buying parts at the dealership is a bit like buying popcorn at the movies or a beer at a "gentleman's" club, paying for the location more than the part
I do love the piece of mind of an OEM part in general, but they are eggregious with pricing even with internet discounts.
I went to local honda dealership recently and they charged me almost 200$ for a timing belt.....just the belt. They charge 25% OVER msrp for over the counter sales
