On suspension stuff, listen to Bill V.
I'm running 16x7 on all 4 corners. Depending on the tires, I get slight rubbing on the inside of the rear fender. Part of why I went to 16's is more tire selection. But I have Nexen Winspike 195/60 winter tires on 15x7 cookie cutters, and those handle extremely well too, even in the dry. No interference with rear fenders.
At this point in my experimenting, I think I would lean towards Fuchs 16x6 fronts with 195/60 and 16x7 rears with 205/55. Whatever, you have lots of options for wheels and tires. What do you have now?
I tend to think that Bilsteins are a bit stiff for light longhood cars on the street, which is why I prefer Konis.
