Otherwise I will replace bushings, gaskets, seals, etc. I will also sandblast and powder coat the control arms, cross member, trailing arms etc.

IMHO. Send the calipers to PMB (https://pmbperformance.com/pages/the-ultimate-brake-caliper-restoration-guide). They will come back better than new.
