I have 2 of the small cheap light HF aluminum jacks. One I can't kill, it's been outside 10+ years and still works. The other spent a few years in florida, 200' from the ocean. While my tools all rusted, that jack still works also.
If yours is the one I'm thinking of, realize almost all of the weight is on the front rollers. The rear castors don't get 1/2 the force, probably 1/10 or less.
Edit: Needless to say my body parts are never under a car supported by any jack.
Edit again, Looks like HF sells replacement parts, info on product page on website. $18 for caster for 2T jack
