I don’t know what the mechanics of the heater lever are but I built a throttle lever for my efi and while most of the parts can be found online at Pelican, google, and eBay, there were a few critical washers that I had to source externally at McMaster and one absolutely critical one that I couldn’t find at all that I had to fabricate.

If you can weld or can fabricate stuff it will be no problem at all… if you’re looking for a drop-in bolt on solution… I’d reconsider and maybe look at a IAC valve.
