Some time ago I restored a centercap on a wheel cover for my Brother-in-laws 72 Lincoln Town Car. Long story short, he lost one on a trip, I found one on ebay for him but it was from a Grand Marquise. I took a center cap from one that he had from a parts car and restored it and swapped it with the Grand Marquise center cap. So, he said that wheel cover looked so good that the other three looked bad and asked if I would restore them as well. So, yep, I did. I even made little dust caps for the back of the wheel cover so the back of the center cap would be protected. He asked what he owed me, I was like nothing. I just enjoy helping out, I think they turned out nice. They are three piece wheel covers held together with nine hex head screws. When I put everything back together I used anti sieze on the screws in case they ever need to come apart again, I figure I will be the one to take them apart, lol.
