Yes you can remineralize enamel to a certain extent. Most effective with smaller incipient decay/demineralization.

If you were thinking you could regrow enamel in a 2 x 3 mm defect you would be disappointed.

I used to get free samples of a toothpaste called EnamelOn which advertised remineralization of decay. To be honest I was impressed with its desensitization effects
