^Great book. Some of the best info out there on bike training is hidden in some $2 forgotten used book on amazon.
There are some great long distance cycling books from the same time period. Highly recommended. Something about a century, and then a book on riding a double century. I think "The Complete Book of Long-Distance Cycling" is a good one

Pimpin my Nishiki. I found it in a ditch. I'm gonna go pimpin' white 1920's style tires and a ****eload of velo orange is coming in the mail. You might have to endure another pic or two of this as things get sorted out.
