I use a product called CeraVe SA Creme for rough and bumpy skin on my feet in the winter time, and even up my legs and on dry hands.
If I am active and sweating, like mowing the yard or working on the car, my skin stays naturally moisturized for days afterwards. In winter it gets dry and the CeraVe is like magic.
