Not sure where this particular tourney was held. The professional level tour travels the planet. It's remarkable for a 12 year old to compete at the top level...but this girl's talent level is beyond the juniors tournaments level.
Location holding the tournament can be problematic for under age players. She's probably not allowed in events hosted by a Casino. Many of the tournaments held in Europe are in private clubs set up for cue sports where minors can compete.
